Lieutenant General Marcus A. Anderson

Lieutenant General Marcus A. Anderson retired from active duty on 1 April 1996 and
joined the Board of Fisher House, Inc. the following year. From 1996-2000, he served
as a part-time consultant for Burdeshaw Associates, Ltd in Bethesda, Maryland and
with the Executive Service Corps of San Antonio. From June 1998- June 2001, he served
as National Commander of the Order of Daedalians, a 16,000 member non-profit organization
of active duty and retired military pilots from the U.S. armed services. ervices.
In July 1999, Lieutenant General Anderson became Board Chair of the Association
of Graduates, U.S. Air Force Academy and served in that capacity until May 2003.
From July 2003 - June 2006, he served as Board Chair for Fisher House, Inc. and
continues to serve on the Fisher House Board. He is actively involved with the First
United Methodist Church in Boerne. He is also an Alderman on the Fair Oaks Ranch
City Council (since 2008). He is married to Ginger, has one daughter and one grand-daughter.
